The care given by Emirates Home Nursing will be provided under the direction of the patient’s physician/specialist and all nursing staff placed in the patients home will be under the direct supervision of a Case Manager.
Emirates Home Nursing provides an extension of health care services from the hospital to the patients private home and on-going follow up care for patients who are not in need of hospitalisation. The services cover a continuity of care program that benefit our patients in the following ways:
