  • Sally Osman

    General Manager

    Sally’s role focuses on driving sustainable growth through recruiting all the amazing people who work here, building the company culture, and making Emirates Home Nursing a great place to work for clinical and non-clinical functions.

    Creating a unique, engaging work environment and fostering a culture of integrity, empathy, and ownership are one of her main priorities. She has more than 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in the UAE and was the previous Business Development Manager in our Abu Dhabi branch before relocating to Dubai. Sally holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

  • Erlinda Dagus

    Nursing Supervisor

    Erlinda has more than 24 years of nursing experience in different countries including her home country Philippines, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Establishing a compassionate environment while promoting cooperation and professionalism amongst the team are one of Erlinda’s top priorities. She focuses on providing safe, high-quality patient care as well as ensuring that care is delivered according to standards of practice and our organizational policies. Erlinda makes sure that she identifies each patient’s service requirements by establishing personal rapport with our patients and their families and providing them with emotional, psychological, and clinical support.

  • Anoesjka Myburg


    Anoesjka Myburg is a Registered Nurse and Qualified Midwife with over a decade's worth of experience in South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. She has worked as a senior midwife in Tawam hospital and Mediclinic hospital before joining Emirates Home Nursing. Anoesjka's hospital experience also extends to Neonatal ICU, where she monitored and managed babies in NICU.

    Anoesjka has helped families in her 10-year midwifery practice and has personally ushered the births of over 500 healthy babies into the world. She has guided countless women and mother and enjoys getting to know her patients and the relationships she forms with women and their families. She also believes in the importance of empowering women and mothers through education and helping them make informed choices about their healthcare and the birthing process.

    Anoesjka specialises in child nursing and has a passion for looking after newborn babies. Anoesjka strives to learn and teach as much as possible and lives her life by the words of Mahatma Gandhi: "be the change that you wish to see in the world."


Our team of nurses all have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and are licensed by the DHA. They each hold a valid Basic Life Support and First Aid Certification, and have a minimum experience of two years in a hospital, in various wards. Through our team's diverse experience, we are able to match nurses to patients according to the specifics of the care plan in order to ensure that the best care is provided


Our team of Healthcare Assistants, much like our licensed nurses, have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or Midwifery. They each hold a valid Basic Life Support and First Aid Certification, and all have experience within a hospital or care setting. We are always looking to grow and expand our team.
